Myspace Sports is Becoming More Popular

The National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing (NASCAR) is the largest sanctioning body of motorsports in the United States. The three premeire racing series sanctioned by NASCAR are the NEXTEL Cup, the Busch Series and the Craftsman Truck Series. It also oversees seven regional series and one local grassroots series. Racing fans have proven to be the most brand loyal of all sports, and because of this, Fortune 500 companies sponsor Nascar more than any other sport.  This loyalty is also reflected in the amount of website layouts, blog backgrounds, images and other cool racing stuff you can find on the myspace community.  Users can't get enough of Nascar drivers like Kurt Bush, Tony Stewart, Dale Earnhardt Jr., Jimmie Johnson and Jeff Gordan and they are not afraid to show their support for them. Making it through a long season consisting of 36 races it can be very difficult, but every fan you will usually find is passionate about seeing their favorite driver end up the winner, which culmunates with the Nextel Cup being awarded to that driver with the most points accumulated over the season.
